Hey!

We're Doris (mom) and Jeanette (daughter),
the creators of Full Time Human.

Jeanette Balayla

Hi there! I could begin by saying I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Relationship Coach, but I also want to mention I am a daughter, a sister, a wife, a friend, and many other amazing things!

The reason I started Full-Time Human, is that no matter what you might think, feel, and experience, we all have one thing in common: we are human beings seeking love, connection, and wellness.

After undergoing extensive education about mental health a personal journey of self-discovery and self-love, I am proud to say I have cultivated a practice that encourages clients to discover their authenticity, enhance their unique abilities, and embrace vulnerability to reach positive transformation.

I work with individuals, couples, mother-daughter pairs, families, and organizations. My approach centers around solution-focused methods, empowering clients to develop their skills and adapt to new situations independently.

    Graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Health Sciences Degree (Pre-Medical Track).
    Realized after 4 years of pre-medical training that I did not want to be a Doctor!
